• 1st stage swivel can be mounted either up or down on a high-profile tank valve.
• By mounting the regulator so the swivel is down, the regulator has a much lower profile above the scuba tank.

• Also, if you are a short person, it allows you to wear your BC slightly lower on your tank, (raising the tank) thus, your tank won’t hang down between your legs as much.
