Henderson Microprene Hood

This Henderson Microprene Hood is a practical addition to your scuba gear environmental protection system. Ideal for protection from the sun, jellyfish and other stinging marine life combined with added warmth. Constructed of Microprene, an ultra thin (about 1mm thickness), super stretchy neoprene that provides comfort and freedom of movement combined with warmth and durability.
Keeps long hair in place to prevent snagging on equipment. Can be used as layering accessory or stand alone. Perfect for adding warmth on repetitive dives and on those cooler night dives. Full bib can be tucked underneath the collar of a wetsuit or dive skin for added comfort and better in-water performance. Additional features include flatlock seams and finised edges. Quality tailoring, materials and construction.
Sizing Tips: To determine your hood size, measure the circumference (distance around) of your head at its widest point. This is about where your hat band would be, usually just above your ears. Keep in mind that hoods like all other wetsuit products are designed to fit snug, like a second skin and certainly take some getting used to. If you prefer a looser fit, order a corresponding larger size.
