| The fin pockets can accommodate even XL size fins and are deeper to accommodate the larger foot pockets of newer fins, the current crop of split fins, including XL sizes, and all but the longest free diving fins.
There are 4 side compression straps made of heavy duty 2" 5.08 cm webbing, which run continuously around the bag. The function of the straps is to:
- tighten the load, minimizing seam stress due to over packing
- make the bag more stable by compressing the package
- double as luggage handles, making the bag more resistant to carrier abuse.
The bag uses the latest and best in repairable, non-corrosive "poly" zipper technology with PK brand zippers and colorful zipper pull tab extensions.
