I was very pleased with my experience. I ordered a digital camera and really messed the ordering process. I emailed them and they were very prompt to return the email and assured me that I had only ordered the 1 instead of 3. I received confirmation on shipping the next day as well as a tracking number from UPS. It arrived quickly and with a very special suprise. They had upgraded the camera to the newest model free of charge. I will definately order from these guys again.

I was lokking to buy some equipment from Joe Diver and i had some questions for them and they replyed the very next day with very good answers i would say the custumer support at JoeDiver is great

I ordered a mask, snorkle, and fins from Joe divers. I did not check out the contact numbers in advance to be sure I could contact them if there were problems. I should have. There is no way to contact them by telephone. 10 days after my order was made (and with nothing happening) I emailed them. 24 hours later I got a response, that the order was being held back waiting for the fins, and it would be coming "any day now". No one contacted me to tell me this. I had to track them down to get information. Apparently they must think that two weeks or a month is perfectly normal for delivery.

Joe Diver America has great service. They have a decent selection of items with full color pics. Options of all items are clearly listed. The prices are good, but most impressive was that it took only four days for my order to arrive. I will use Joe Driver America in the future.
