Pros:
HID light for awesome light penetration and true colours. Can be used out of water.
Cons:
Price and wieght - a little cumbersome on land.
Detailed Review:
The UK Light Cannon 100 is simply AMAZING. It throws a very distinctive blue-white light that can easily be distinguished from the standard Xenon powered lights. The light penetrates the water far better and gives much more clarity to the colours to its Xenon powered brethren.
It comes with both pistol and lantern grips for the ultimate in comfort and useability.
Takes 8 C-cell batteries or a NiCad rechargeable unit and provides hours of useable light on either.
This is the choice in recreational dive lights.
It is a little cumbersome on land, but that’s not is primary purpose. It can be used out of water like a standard torch and does not suffer from heat associated bulb burn out.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
